OWNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Jake Bachman is a marketing and design professional based in Southern California, recently honored in Palm Springs Life’s “40 Under 40” for his impact on local business storytelling. As the founder of Desert Social Club, Jake blends creativity and strategy to showcase the vibrant hospitality, tourism, and real estate scenes that make Palm Springs thrive.

With over 15 years of experience and more than seven years rooted in the Coachella Valley, Jake has a deep understanding of the desert’s unique market and audience behavior. His content strategies consistently elevate visibility, engagement, and community connection for the brands he partners with.

Beyond his professional work, Jake is an advocate for local causes—organizing with Code Pink Coachella Valley, and volunteering at FIND Food Bank and the Palm Springs Animal Shelter. When he’s not helping businesses grow, you’ll find him watching reality TV or spending time with his pets, Gobi and Bernie.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

🏜️ Born and raised in Indio, CA, Karina is a proud Coachella Valley native and a Communications grad from Cal State Fullerton. She’s the kind of introvert who will talk your ear off about music, politics, and anything that challenges our basic human rights (and we love her for it).

🍵 She’s also a certified Matcha snob, a dog mom to three adorable pups, and has a music taste that ranges from Metal to K-pop, basically, she keeps our playlists unpredictable in the best way.

Karina brings passion, precision, and heart to everything she does, and we’re so lucky to have her on the team 💛
